I'd give this website the green light on following the "Top 10 web writing tips". The website gave me the immediate feeling, based on the logo and tabs, that they may be an expert in many areas soccer training.
The tabs provided a wide array of categories to pick from and, within each tab, the additional opportunity to choose a more specific category of information.
Pages were well organized and gave me a consistent visual presence from page to page. Headings were easily scanned ... in part to the color scheme. Subheadings and sentences were brief and to the point.
I appreciated the opportunities to navigate via the left navigation bar and the many opportunities to use links, within the content, to see more details regarding the setup and instruction of each activity. All the links I tested were reliable.

I have to give this website the red light. The home page was promising because it did adhere to using sentences that were short and precise and the page length was acceptable.
The next level of web pages however had paragraphs which were too long. After reading a few lines, I began to lose interest. At this point, I also lost the desire to spend time going down the page. Some pages were very long.
I also discovered a some links that didn't go anywhere.
